The Lounge #2: A Quiet Escape Near the Heart of Sioux Falls There’s nothing worse than arriving at a rental only to realize the "bed" is a thin mattress on a creaky frame. We built The Lounge #2 to be the opposite of that. Whether you’re here for a show at the PREMIER Center, a long shift at Sanford, or a weekend cheering on Augustana or USF, we want this to be the place where you actually get to kick your shoes off and exhale. The Sleep You’ve Been Looking For We’re locals, and we believe in local quality. That’s why our two private bedrooms feature queen-sized JUNA mattresses. No "rental-grade" springs here—just a seriously good night’s sleep so you can actually enjoy your trip. Bedroom 1 & 2: Both have dedicated queen beds. The Bonus Space: The front bedroom pulls double-duty as a second hangout spot with its own TV and a pull-out couch—perfect if you need a little extra separation for the kids or a spot to watch a movie away from the main group. Work Hard, Play Harder If you’re here on a "work-cation" or a medical assignment, we’ve got you covered with a dedicated desk and Wi-Fi that won't lag during a Zoom call. When the laptop closes, enjoy the home: Fully fenced in backyard with an outdoor patio, dining table and grill. Coin-op foosball (the classic kind). An indoor putting range to work on your short game regardless of the South Dakota weather. Where we are: 3–5 Minutes: PREMIER Center, Sanford Hospital, Augustana University, and USF. Quick Drive: Downtown dining, the Great Plains Zoo, and the Midco Aquatic Center.
