Matthew was a great host. Great communication, clear instructions, and very responsive. The house was very clean and organized with tons of space on the main floor. Lots of nice seating which worked great for our family Christmas celebration. I recommend this rental.

This was an ideal place for our family to gather for the holidays. We had space for family time and games, and roomy bedrooms for guests. We appreciated all the friendly touches, like the coffee and tea station in the kitchen. We'd love to return! Highly recommended.

Very beautiful home! The neighbors were very kind, the environment was wonderful! Everything that was listed in the bio of the place was available. They were very good at communicating throughout the whole day(s). I would definitely come back to the very same house! Definitely worth checking out!

Always wonderful to stay at one of Matt’s properties! Love the fenced-in back yard for our dogs to play & big TV. Comfy couches. Will definitely be back again soon :).

Great place. Lots of places to sleep with numerous pull out couches along with the 4 bedrooms. Matt awas very nice and accommodating and let us extend our stay by a day after we realized we had to stay another nice. Neighborhood was nice and lots of great places to eat within 1-3 miles and the Premier Center Arena is close by.

This was a nice, quiet, and relaxing place for my high school cross country team to stay while running in the Nike Regional. The hosts communicated well and everything went smoothly.

This house was the perfect place for our group of 9…plenty of options for sleeping and plenty of space for just hanging out! Pretty coastal vibe throughout the home and a variety of games and books for guests to enjoy… The neighborhood is so quiet, yet just a quick drive from anything you might want—-shopping, dining, entertainment. Matt is a top notch host and provided all information for our stay in direct messages to me, making it easy to find when checking in and checking out. Will definitely return if the opportunity arises and definitely recommend to those that prefer the coziness of a home over a hotel.

This was the perfect place for our grandson's wedding and the groom’s family picnic. It accommodated all of us perfectly. Matt was so very helpful as this was my first time reserving an airbnb so I had lots of questions.
