I would absolutely recommend this house and host. Was so accommodating for our last minute trip for a family funeral, and made check in/check out seamless and flexible for our group with a toddler and animal. 100% would stay again simply for the amazing communication, friendliness and professionalism our host showed us from booking to check out. It is such a nice little home. It was perfect for my little family. We booked the same day we checked in, for a spur of the moment birthday trip, and our experience couldn’t have been better. Matthew responded very quickly when we had a question and was always very kind. Definitely would recommend to anyone!

Matt had a lovely home and the coastal theme really brightens the place up! Our flight was cancelled because of a snow storm, so we decided to stay in Sioux Falls for a couple days. I reached out to Matt asking for an earlier check in. He quickly responded and helped us out. The house was in a nice neighborhood that felt safe and was cleaned and ready for us when we got there. The four bedrooms were great for our family of five. Everyone got their own room and the beds were very comfortable! Plenty of space to spread out during our visit while we waited out the storm. Matt was very responsive and friendly in all his interactions. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay there again! Thanks again, Matt!

Great place to stay… Matt was a great host and answered all questions I had. The house was stocked with everything we needed, beds were comfortable, and the hot tub was a added bonus. We will definitely will be back

Home matched the pictures, and was clean. Had a hockey tournament about 20 minutes away and the house was great for our group of 8. Quiet neighborhood and plenty of places to sleep. Matthew was responsive and communicative. Would definitely stay again if I’m back in Sioux Falls!

We had great stay and Matt was a great host! The home is very unassuming in size from the outside but was perfect on the inside. The upstairs rooms were good size and the downstairs rooms were especially spacious. Previous reviewers were right- the beds are super comfortable! Every person in our group commented on how great they were. There was nothing lacking. We had everything we needed to make it our home for a long weekend. Conveniently located within 5-7 minutes of everything we needed: good restaurants and the Denny Sanford Premier Center. Can’t say enough about the excellent communication with Matt! He was responsive, thorough and eager to help. Would recommend the this Airbnb to anyone visiting the Sioux Falls area, especially if you need easy access to the Denny Sanford Premier Center.

We enjoyed our stay very much. The house and location was well suited for a long weekend with our older daughters. Came to town for a concert that was cancelled by the blizzard conditions but was able to make the most of it. F1 on a giant TV? Yes, please! Much more comfortable and enjoyable than being in a hotel. Will absolutely stay here again when the concert is rescheduled.
